Monthly Newsletter February 2016

Mobile Home Owners
We will be doing mobile home inspections. Some of the things that we will be looking for are skirting repairs, homes that may be faded and need to be painted or may just need to be cleaned from mildew, roofs cleaned, concrete drive and walkways pressure washed, excessive clutter in carports, etc. See the office for a complete list. These inspections will be conducted in mid-February and if you are in violation you will receive a reminder notice to make sure such issues are taken care of immediately. If violations are not completed in the specified time frame, violation notices will be sent.
Please help us keep Lake Waldena as beautiful as it was meant to be.

Well it seem we have a writer in our family. Ray Kovala AKA Ramblin’ Ray from Marengo, Winconson has been a member our Lake Waldena Family for a few years now and has published a book “Outdoor Encounters” During his 65 years of rambling through the woods and streams, he had encounters that ranged from hilarious to dangerous. He began recording these events for his grandchildren when the publisher of a local paper encouraged him to write articles for publication. The stories were well received by readers, and he was encouraged to continue writing and publish a book.
Ramblin’s Ray book “Outdoor Encounter” is for sale in our store.

A Thoughtful Valentine’s Day Gift
Jim asked his friend, Tony, whether he had bought his wife anything for Valentine’s Day.
‘Yes,’ came the answer from Tony who was a bit of a chauvinist, ‘I’ve bought her a belt and a bag.’
‘That was very kind of you,’ Jim added, ‘I hope she appreciated the thought.’
Tony smiled as he replied, ‘So do I, and hopefully the vacuum cleaner will work better now.’
